If the loot comes from a metal box/container or an enemy you defeated somewhere, the loot is likely RNG-based. The general rule is that if an item is looted off a body of a person you did not defeat yourself, it is a guaranteed Legendary. If you encounter an Epic item in one of these, there is a chance that if you relog, it will spawn Legendary. It is quite common that you would find metal boxes, containers and drawers with random loot while doing Gigs and side jobs. A lot of players have added these in the comments section below. It would defeat the purpose of this guide to have all the RNG spawn locations and items. I added a few of these to the guide and decided not to do it for all possible RNG-related items. I have made a note about these locations below in the guide. Please note that some of the items may not appear as Legendary when you visit the locations.
